Fermented cabbage juice is low in calories and contains very little sugar, making it perfect for various diets, such as keto or Dr. Dąbrowska’s Diet.

What is the difference between fermented cabbage juice and sauerkraut juice?
Producers often use these terms interchangeably – the flavors are very similar. The difference is that the juice is pressed from fermented cabbage, while the “zakwas” is an extract produced naturally through the fermentation process. Their benefits are similar.
How to drink it?
Start with 50–100 ml and gradually increase the amount as your intestines adapt. Ideally, drink 250–300 ml on an empty stomach or between meals, but not in the evening. People who exercise regularly can consume more.
It’s best to drink it regularly, preferably daily. Fermented cabbage juice helps with iron absorption – after a month, we recommend taking a short break for a few days.
IMPORTANT!
Boiling the juice will destroy its beneficial properties, so drink it chilled or at room temperature. Fermented cabbage juice is also perfect for souring soups, such as cabbage soup.

Shelf life:
The product is best consumed within 6 months from the production date. The shelf life is not long because the juice is unpasteurized.
Can it be consumed after the expiration date?
The date on the label indicates “Best before:”. After this date, the product may still be safe to drink, but its consistency or appearance may change. Do not consume products labeled as “Use by”.
