How is it made?
Tea and cane sugar come from trusted suppliers. Kombucha is created by fermenting tea with live cultures of bacteria and yeast (SCOBY), which give the drink its distinctive flavor and health-promoting properties.
How to drink it:
Drink about 250 ml daily to support digestion and boost well-being. It can be consumed on an empty stomach or with meals. Open slowly and serve chilled. Kombucha also makes a great ingredient for drinks, such as cocktails, lemonades, or simply enjoyed on its own as a refreshing beverage.

Storage:
Since kombucha is unpasteurized and preservative-free, fermentation is active, which can affect the flavor. To slow this process, store kombucha in the refrigerator (0–12 °C).
Shelf life:
Best consumed within 6 months from the production date. Because it is unpasteurized, its shelf life is relatively short.
Can it be consumed after the expiration date?
The date on the label is “Best before,” meaning the product may still be safe to drink after this date, though its appearance or consistency may change.
