Oxymel is a traditional, naturally cloudy beverage made from fruit vinegar, honey, and carefully selected herbs, fruits, and vegetables. In our workshop, we craft it by hand, following the farm-to-table principle, using ingredients from our own cultivation and honey from our family apiary.

Recommended daily serving of Szczepanówka Oxymel:
Children 3–5 years – ½ teaspoon per day
Children 6 years and older – 1 teaspoon per day
Adults – 1 tablespoon per day
Consume oxymel before or after meals. The portion should be diluted in about 250 ml of water or another beverage (e.g., tea, juice, lemonade).
For children, introduce oxymel gradually – starting with small amounts and observing the body’s response.
Warning: Do not give to children under 3 years of age.
Use regularly – preferably in the morning or between meals.
Storage:
Store in the refrigerator before and after opening, at temperatures between +2°C and +8°C.
